It can be used for no-sew applications or it can be embroidered onto garments as an applique due to its U.S. patented adhesive system (PS965 PSA Permanent). Perfect for kiss-cutting 2-color designs. Printed on our Printable HTV, Twill USA will from time to time run patterns per customer request. Check back often to see what we've run most recently! Printed HTV is not mirror-cut; cut direct image and use Heat Transfer Tape to place the design on your garment. As with other clearance items, Printed HTV is sold as-is, all sales are final.

Swatches are essential to ensure proper color selection. Each full swatch kit contains color rings for Tackle Twill, Sports Felt, Sports Film HTV, Glitter Film HTV, Sports Flock Vinyl, and Metallic Sports Twill Applique material. HTV Sports Film (formerly Kwik Cut Sports Film) is our registered name for Heat Transfer Vinyl, which is commonly referred to as HTV, Iron-On Vinyl, Heat Press Vinyl or Crafters Vinyl. Thicker than most HTVs in the marketplace, we believe it is the best choice for full-contact sports like football, hockey or rugby. It can be washed and dried 50+ times -- even dry-cleaned. Our proprietary Adhesive resists dye migration and abrasion. Add a textured appearance with embossing paper to simulate the look of Leather (Pebble Grain) or Tackle Twill (Twill Grain) fabric. NOTE: Texturing is a two-step process. Embossing paper sold separately. This product is available without a carrier (Sports Film) to make Number Packs, which is much less expensive than individually cut numbers or letters using traditional Iron-On Vinyl. The 18" width allows you to cut two 8" letters or numbers side by side. It also applies in little as 6 seconds. Sold by the yard in rolls up to 50 yards per color.  Application Instructions

Transfer Tapes - Heat transfer tapes are used to preserve spacing in designs while moving from your cutter to the heat press. Green tape has a higher tack for use with multiple layer twill or fabric designs. White heat mask is for single layer designs or vinyl transfers. Release Papers - Add texture to your HTV designs for an upgraded look. Use in the same manner as Brown Kraft or Teflon cover sheets. Options include Pebble Grain, Twill Grain, as well as Brown Kraft sheets and White Gloss sheets. Pebble Grain imitates the appearance and texture of leather, similar to a basketball or football. Twill Grain imitates appearance and texture of Tackle Twill fabric.
